Apologies for absence were received from Messrs. Carnell,
Flood and Harris.

Future Policy. The Secretary reported that he had
consulted with the firm's Auditors on the question
of winding up the Company and that they had been
in agreement that this step should not be taken until
after the results for 1964 had been produced. The
Board agreed to recommend to the Directors of
Distinctive Publications Limited that this advice, be
taken.
