Croydon on 27th May, 1969.

In Attendance: D.W. Dare - Secretary
69/1. Directorate.

The Secretary reported that the death occurred on 11th March 1969 of J. B. Harris.
The Secretary further reported that he had received a letter of resignation from the Board from Mr.G. A. Smart dated 27th May 1969.
